How reliable are the results?
We continuously retrain our AI models based on community feedback to improve accuracy over time. Results depend on several factors, including image resolution, lighting conditions, and whether the photo is blurry or obstructed. For the best results, take clear, well-lit photos of your cards without any slab or cover.

Can Guredo.AI replace professional grading services?
No — a few photos can never fully replace a trained human grader who can examine a card from every angle under proper lighting. Guredo.AI is a pre-grading and pre-authentication service designed to help collectors make more informed decisions before submitting to professional services like PSA, BGS, or CGC. Every computer program or AI can make mistakes, so our results should not be treated as official certifications.

How many photos do I need to submit?
Two photos are the minimum — front and back of the card. For better results, add detail shots of your corners or angle photos to help determine the holo or foil effect more accurately.

Is Guredo.AI free?
Yes! Guredo.AI is currently in early access and all features — including AI Pre-Grading and AI Authentication — are completely free. Once we move out of early access, some AI-powered services will become paid, but community-based authentication and voting will always remain free. Now is the best time to try everything at no cost.

Do you guarantee grading or authenticity results?
No. Guredo.AI is a pre-grading and pre-authentication tool — every result is an AI-generated estimate meant to inform your decision, not a binding guarantee. AI can and does make mistakes, especially with low-quality photos, unusual lighting, edge cases, or sophisticated counterfeits. We don’t accept liability for purchases or sales made based on our results. For an official grade or authoritative authentication, always submit your card to a professional service like PSA, BGS, or CGC.
